SENIOR HURLING
The senior hurlers lost out to Burgess in the final of the County Challenge Cup(Johnny Ryan) last Saturday evening in Dolla. A goal for Burgess in the first minute meant we were always chasing the game and the final score was 1-17 to 1-11.

JUNIOR FOOTBALL
The junior footballers began their championship against Boherlahan Dualla last Monday with a draw(2-5 to 1-8). Thurles Gaels have withdrawn from the competition so we have received a walkover in the match scheduled for tonight. No date is fixed for our final group game with Moycarkey-Borris. We currently sit second in the group with 4 points from 3 games.

MINOR HURLING
Our minor hurlers had a narrow defeat to Boherlahan on Wednesday night 1-16 to 2-16

U14 HURLING
The Upperchurch Drombane Under 14 hurlers contest the mid B final against Boherlahan tomorrow(Saturday 13th) in Holycross at 2:30pm. Best of luck to all involved.

NIGHT AT THE DOGS FUNDRAISER
The club are holding a fundraising night at Thurles Greyhound Stadium on Saturday October 1st. The ticket will include admission to the greyhound racing, entry into the raffle on the night and a ticket for the GAA national club draw to be held later in the year. Tickets will be available for purchase in the coming weeks for what should be a great nights entertainment.
