SENIOR HURLING

Our senior hurlers took on Drom & Inch in the 2nd game of the county league last Sunday in Drombane. Despite a good performance they were defeated 1-20 to 1-16. This leaves us with 1 win and 1 defeat from our 2 games so far. There is a chance of revenge as we face Drom again in the quarter final of the Cahill Cup tonight(Friday) at 6:30pm in The Ragg. Tickets for this game must be purchased in advance at https://embed.futureticketing.ie/c/mid-tipp-gaa/ The next round of the county league will be against Mullinahone in Mullinahone on Sunday 24th at 12pm.

JUNIOR HURLING

The junior team made it 2 league wins out of 2 by beating Lattin Cullen 2-15 to 1-8 in Lattin last weekend. This leaves them joint top of the table with Cahir on 4 points. The next round will be at home in Drombane against Cappawhite on Good Friday(17th) at 3pm.

TIPPERARY REPRESENTATION

We had 2 representatives on Tipperary underage hurling teams in Munster championship competition during the past week. Paddy Phelan lined out at wing forward for the under 17's as they defeated Waterford while Luke Shanahan was corner back for the under 20s as they got the better of Kerry. Well done to both and best of luck in the next rounds to be played next week. Best of luck also to James Griffin who is in action with Tipp u20 footballers next week.

TIPPERARY CLUBS DRAW

The April edition of the Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw takes place tonight in Roscrea. The draw will be aired live on Tipp FM from 8:30pm

SCÓR NA NÓG

Well done to Mary Ryan who represented Upperchurch & Tipperary in the Munster final of Scór na nÓg. She put in a great performance in the Recitation, although it was the Clare representative who won out.
