JUNIOR FOOTBALL

Hard luck to the juniors who were defeated by Clonakenny in the mid final last Sunday. A fine start saw us go into a 4 point lead coming towards half time with Clonakenny responding well to narrow it to 2 at the break. A Clonakenny goal 10 mins into the 2nd half saw them take the lead for the first time and the game was very tight there after with scores at a premium. A 2nd Clonakenny goal in the dying minutes gave them a 4 point advantage and despite much effort we were unable to narrow the gap to below 3 points. Final score was 2-6 to 0-9.

UNDER 19 FOOTBALL

Our u19 footballers face Newport in the county semi final this Sunday November 7th at 2pm in Dolla. Tickets are now on general sale at the following link: https://embed.futureticketing.ie/c/tipperary-gaa/ Tickets are €10 each. A juvenile does not need a ticket once accompanied by an adult. Best of luck to all the players & backroom. Hopefully the parish can get out in force to see if we can get to the county final.

UNDER 21 HURLING

We will face Thurles Sarsfields B in the mid quarter final on Saturday 13th November at 3pm in Drombane. Ticket details will be announced next week.

AGM

Our club AGM is scheduled to be held on Sunday 5th December. All are welcome to attend. A number of positions are becoming vacant on the committee this year so if you would like to get involved or know someone who would then let the club secretary, chairman or any of the current committee know in advance.
