SENIOR HURLING

Our senior hurlers backed up their preliminary round win in the mid championship with a 7 point defeat of Gortnahoe Glengoole in the quarter final last Sunday. It was a tighter affair than the scoreline suggests with only 1 between the sides 8 minutes into the 2nd half. However we finished the stronger on a score of 2-19 to 1-15. We have been drawn to face Thurles Sarsfields in the semi final and this game takes place this Sunday at 2pm in The Ragg. Tickets can be bought at https://embed.futureticketing.ie/c/mid-tipp-gaa/ and the game will also be streamed on our Facebook page. No money will be accepted on the gate. Under 16's are free and don't require a ticket.

UNDER 19 HURLING

The under 19 hurlers matched the senior by winning their mid quarter final on Wednesday night. It took extra time to separate us and Thurles Sarsfields B but we claimed the spot in the semi final with a final score of 3-26 to 5-16. The semi final against Loughmore Castleiney is scheduled for next Wednesday evening at 7pm in Drombane.
