SENIOR HURLING

Our senior hurlers were knocked out of the Cahill Cup with defeat to Gortnahoe-Glengoole in the quarter final last Wednesday. 2 Gortnahoe goals put them into a strong lead we were unable to reel in. Final score was 0-19 to 2-18. The next match will be in the county league where we will hope to back up victory over Drom with a similar result against Clonoulty Rossmore. Thrown is at 12pm in Clonoulty on Sunday June 27th

JUNIOR HURLING

The junior hurlers began their mid junior hurling league campaign last Saturday with a hard fought win against Gortnahoe-Glengoole in Drombane. In the ned we came out 2 point winners 1-20 to 2-15. The next game takes place tonight(Friday) against Boherlahan Dualla at 8pm in Boherlahan. UNDER 21 FOOTBALL

The delayed 2020 county under 21B football final v Ballina has been fixed for Saturday 26th June in Dolla at 2:30pm.

TOUR DE PARISH '21

Just one week to go to the weekend of June 26th/27th when we are hosting Tour De Parish. We are encouraging people to run, walk or cycle a cumulative distance of 3,500km. Simply text your distance to 087-9665385 & donate on www.gofundme.com/tour-de-parish-21 or via envelopes at Ryan's Shop or Drombane Creamery. We have 7 dedicated looped routes, ranging from 3km to 42km, which you can view complete or you can choose your own. We'll be launching the remaining routes along with some high profile endorsements of the event on social media over the coming week so keep any eye out. Hoping to see as many taking part as possible.

UPPERCHURCH DROMBANE GAA GOLF CLASSIC 2021

Our annual golf classic this year will be held on July 16th & 17th at the new venue of Ballykisteen Golf Club. Team of four costs €200 which includes a meal afterwards and refreshments during the round. Some great prizes will be on offer. Further details on these to come.
