This year the Club are planning to do some much needed development work in the field. The plan is to extend the hurling wall, install an outdoor Astroturf area in front of the hurling wall, develop a walkway around the perimeter of the field and upgrade the lighting.

To help get the work started we are going to be running a 24 Hour Spinathon Fundraiser in association with the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association on the last weekend of April.

To learn more about our planned developments, and the Spinathon we are holding a launch night on this Saturday night 14th of March in Upperchurch Community Centre at 8:30 pm. All are welcome to come along for a quick spin with Peter Ryan and to learn more about the services that the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association provide.
